Wakatobi Dive Resort is situated on a beautiful tropical island in the remote and peaceful Wakatobi Marine Park in remote Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, less than 3 hours by private charter flight from Bali. The resort itself is situated on a small island the natives call Onemobaa. The island is beside Tomia Island, one of four major islands covering an area of 821 sq. km.
Getting to Wakatobi is easier than ever. Gueasts will fly direct to the island on Wakatobi Aircharter. Wakatobi Dive Resort features private airstrip with a 1-mile long paved runway. You'll wake up in Bali, enjoy a comfortable three hour flight to Wakatobi with breakfast on board and by early afternoon you'll be gliding along a house reef more beautiful than anything you've ever imagined.

Swiss-managed with an international crew, Wakatobi Dive Resort was carefully constructed with traditional methods for a small number of select guests embracing sound ecotourism principles.
Guests visiting Wakatobi experience accommodations that embrace ecotourism principles. The main house contains five guest rooms and was designed in the traditional architectural style of the Indonesian longhouse. Wakatobi Dive Resort was constructed by local craftsmen with traditional (hand) tools. Wakatobi Dive Resort also have nine Grand & Premium Bungalows (GB / PB ) also built in a traditional style and inspired by the home of the last sultan of Tomia.
Although one of the world's most remote resorts, Wakatobi Dive Resort offers all the usual western amenities; hot and cold fresh water throughout the property, 24-hour electricity, satellite communications, in-room LAN ports with 24hrs internet access, and more.
