Overview
Santai Hotel ( Formerly Gubuk Kita's ) translates into English as 'Peaceful and Restful place', is located on the East coast of Bali amidst lush tropical gardens with Mount Agung rising in the background. Approximately 1.5 hrs drive North of Candi Dasa and 3 hours from Denpasar International Airport.
Leisures
The Santai Hotel bungalows, fishponds, restaurant, and 16-metre architect designed swimming pool are surrounded by lush green gardens, full of the fragrances of frangipani and flowers of the East.
For those quiet times you can relax in the Santai Hotel gardens under the shade of the pagoda and read a book from our library or just watch the ocean gently lapping the shore.
Facilities & Services
Santai Hotel has six individual Indonesian style bungalows, three Ocean View and three Garden view. The detached bungalows are built in the Sulawesi style with thatched roofs and local timbers. Santai Hotel used local natural materials to create a Balinese ambience.
Each Santai Hotel room is individually furnished and decorated using hand made products from local villages. The three Ocean View bungalows are slightly larger than the Garden view and have mini bars. Otherwise all have the same floor plan and facilities.
Each Santai Hotel bungalow has a large front deck with comfortable lounge sofas and chairs, just right for having breakfast on or taking an afternoon snooze. Sleeping accommodation for four people, configured as a large double or queen size four poster bed on the ground floor and either a double or twin beds in the open plan loft style room upstairs.
The 'open air' style bathrooms have hot water showers, with w.c. and vanity around an indoor garden. All the Santai Hotel bungalows have individually controlled air-conditioning.
