Dear ABL, You asked us to give some feedback about your service. We have no comments! The contact before our trip was very good. We had frequently contact by mail. If we had a question, this was answered most of the time the same day or the next day (different time zone). And the transfer to the hotel and airport was perfectly arranged. The people were very kind and informed us about the things we needed to know. The hotel was also great. Small with a lot of personal attention and very nice people! We really would like to come back to Bali! Thank you very much for everything especially Budy who's arranged everything for us. Terima Khasi! Ren & Vera
