Hotel Uyah or Salt - Lodge is located in Amed, East Bali. Amed area in well known for its natural beauty and traditional Balinese lifestyle.

Hotel Uyah is right on the beach and preserves the traditional production of salt from seawater. Hotel Uyah guests can see and learn about the process right infront of them.

Hotel Uyah can arrange guided tours, snorkling, diving, sailing or fishing tours in traditional 'Jukung'. Pushbikes are available for rent. Traditional reflexology massage is offered by Hotel Uyah for your well being and relaxation.

I stayed at the Uyah twice, in June and July of 2003. First time, 7 days and then 4 more when trip to Java was a bust. Had a wonderful time doing little, visiting with the guests and the staff, going to the beach. Concept of hotel is great. Food is wonderful and reasonably priced. And, it is quiet. Plan to return in Oct. Ed

It's a fabolous hotel, in the other side of Bali. Very nice designed and well situated. Not to mention the warmness of the people.
